RETURNS:
You can return any unworn item within 10 days of purchase for an exchange with proof of purchase. For any exchange of sizes please email us, and we will do our upmost to change for alternative size. If faulty we will endevour to replace the shoes where possible, in some cases if the product is unavailable we will give a full refund. The item must be faulty not just wear and tear, and original purchase invoice must be returned with the faulty shoe(s).
The customer must pay postage and packaging for any returns.

We may also use the information to inform you of any special offers or promotions and other information that we feel you will find useful. We do not share information that we collect with any other organisations. We guarantee none of your information will be passed to any 3rd parties.

We use paypal to process your payment. Paypal is safe and secure. We do not receive your card details - only your order. You do not need a paypal account to use paypal, simply select "payment without account" option during checkout.
